Clipper Servicing & Repairs

ProBlade provides maintenance, repair and servicing for all major brands of clippers and trimmers. This includes dog grooming and horse clippers, as well as a variety of other types of trimmers and clippers. 

Our standard clipper service or repair charge is £30 for large clippers and £25 for small clippers and trimmers. Service charges include inspection of your equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, cleaning and re-greasing, re-assembly and testing as well as Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). Any replacement parts required will incur additional charges but these will be discussed with you in advance of order. 

Following service or repair, your equipment will be returned to you via Parcel Force or Royal Mail at a cost of £10. This postal fee covers both single and multiple items.

Alternatively, you can send your equipment to us directly at ProBlade Clipper Services, c/o Riseholme Country Store, The Oakland, Costock Road, Wysall, Notts NG12 5QT. Please include your contact and return details within the package as well as any information concerning issues and/or faults. 

You can also get your equipment to ProBlade using our drop off service at Riseholme Country Store in Nottinghamshire.  Open 9am - 5.30 Monday to Thursday. 9am - 7pm Friday. 9am - 5pm Saturday. Closed Sunday.

If repair or replacement parts are needed, our in-house engineer will assess the work involved and will contact you directly to discuss timescale and costs.  Service and repair takes approximately five working days depending on availability of parts and may take slightly longer during peak business periods.

BEFORE POSTING YOUR CLIPPERS/TRIMMERS, PLEASE REMEMBER...

• Ensure your clippers are securely packaged and include your name, address and contact number within the package.
• Please remove blades from the clipper unless blade sharpening services have also been requested.
• Include a fully charged battery for your clipper/trimmer.
