Pro Blade services & repairs all major makes of clippers and trimmers.
Our standard clipper service or repair charge is £30 for large clippers and £25 for small clippers and trimmers. This includes inspection of the machine in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, cleaning and re-greasing, re-assembly and testing as well as Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). The standard service or repair does not include any parts that may be required.
Once your clippers have been serviced and/or repaired as discussed, they will be tested and returned to you by Parcel Force or Royal Mail at a cost of £10 (for an unlimited number of clippers) which includes insurance.
You can either use the postal service through our website Shop and send your clippers directly to us at Pro Blade Clipper Services, c/o Riseholme Country Store, The Oakland, Costock Road, Wysall, Notts NG12 5QT including details of known issues. You can also use our drop off service at Riseholme Country Store in Nottinghamshire. Open 9am - 5.30 Monday to Thursday. 9am - 7pm Friday. 9am - 5pm Saturday. Closed Sunday.
If you have stated that repair work is required, our in-house engineer will assess the work involved and will contact you by telephone with the timescale and cost of the repairs, unless you have requested otherwise. Service and repair takes approximately five working days depending on availability of parts. Please note that during busy periods servicing may take longer.
BEFORE SENDING YOUR CLIPPERS, PLEASE REMEMBER...
- To ensure your clippers are securely packaged for posting and include your name, address and contact number.
- That unless you would like your blades sharpening, please remove them before sending.
- To include a fully charged battery with your clippers when sending them in for servicing or repair.
